Cross-functional training: we train existing household staff members to perform additional duties. For example, you may have a large influx of guests and need to have your able houseman perform butler duties. We will provide the appropriate training to allow him to perform those duties to the highest standards of decorum and courtesy.

Crunch management: there are times in your demanding schedule when managing the myriad aspects of a busy household can be overwhelming. We step in on a short-term basis and organize entertainment, book flights, manage pet care, and every other little thing that is consuming your precious time.

Household management assessment: if you’re not sure how to optimally staff your ever-expanding world, we’ll help you determine the right staffing and management approach you need to make your household and life run like a well-oiled machine.

There is, of course, a financial aspect to using the services of an exclusive placement agency. As we have mentioned elsewhere, each placement situation has its unique aspects, therefore we do not have a rate card or set fee amount.

However, there won’t be any nasty surprises. Once we have determined your requirements, we will propose a fee. This fee will not change over the course of the placement process, and will be invoiced to you once the candidate is placed.

Before you ever meet a candidate we propose, you can be assured that they will meet your exacting expectations of experience, professionalism, discretion and courtesy. We verify references, perform background checks, determine employment eligibility and interview each candidate thoroughly to ensure they are an appropriate match. There is no room in your home for less than the best, and there is no room in our business for placement errors. We take this task very seriously.

Unlike many placement agencies, we do not have a standard placement process since we believe that you deserve more than a clipboard approach to candidate review. However, most engagements tend to follow a pattern, which goes something like this:

• We help you determine specific and detailed requirements

• We review our candidate pool and also place advertisements as necessary

• We prescreen candidates and send you a selection to consider

• You choose a few of the most appealing candidates and interview them

• We perform a deep screen on your chosen candidate

• The candidate is placed, and we meet with you weekly to review satisfaction

• At 90 days you are fully satisfied, and if not we repeat the process at no cost to you
