Experience
You have at least two years of recent relevant experience in the U.S. in either a live-in or live-out situation.
Language
You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
Eligibility
You have documentation to prove that you can work legally in the U.S., meaning you have at least one of the following: a valid green card, an unexpired visa which permits you to work legally, valid work authorization documents issued by DHS, or a valid U.S. passport.
Background and References
You have relevant and verifiable references from employment situations in the past two years, and you have no negative history that would appear on a background check.
